Our Chef Esteban Escobar has created a beautiful and sumptuous menu of modern California fare with influences from the earliest Mexican and Spanish settlers. Shareable dishes include the Swiss Chard Pancakes with mint pea crème fraîche, sweet pepper; Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder with crispy chickpeas, braised cabbage, green tomato salsa; or the Achiote-Cocoa Marinated Local Black Bass, black bean ragout and blood orange.
Buffalo’s behind the bar and offers a menu of craft beers, local wines and signature cocktails, such the Andalusian Dog with Cardamaro, Dolin Blanc, bitter orange, celery soda or the Roses are Free with Reposado Tequila, Aperitif Rosso, Dry Curacao, Anise Hyssop.
